Organizational members join as a single entity using organizational funds. All members of the organization receive full benefits of membership in the Gills Creek Watershed Association. ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERSCary Lake Homeowners Association"The Cary Lake Homeowners' Association is a made up 48 homeowners around Cary Lake located in Arcadia Lakes. They are dedicated to protecting Cary Lake and the Gills Creek Watershed to enhance wildlife, water quality, and recreation. All members of the Cary Lake HOA are members of the GCWA." The Spring Lake Homeowners' AssociationThe Spring Lake Homeowners' Association is comprised of homeowners around Spring Lake in Forest Acres. Spring Lake is located between Cary Lake and Forest Lake. The Spring Valley Homeowners' AssociationSpring Valley is a premier gated neighborhood located in Northeast Columbia, SC. Our various custom homes are spread out over 1200 acres of rolling hills and mature landscaping, with many homes bordering the prestigious Spring Valley Country Club or one of seven lakes. Little Lake Katharine Homeowners' AssociationThe Lake Katharine Homeowners Association is made up of 18 homeowners that own property along the Little Lake Katharine shoreline. Little Lake Katharine is fed by Pen Branch and feeds into Lake Katharine and is located within the City of Columbia. Lake Katharine Homeowners' AssociationThe Lake Katharine Homeowners Association is made up of 82 homeowners that own property along the Lake Katharine shoreline. Lake Katharine is the furthest downstream lake in the Gills Creek Watershed and is located within the City of Columbia. This group has been very involved with the Gills Creek Watershed Association since its conception. |
