Drop-In Bird Watch

The herons in the rookery off Timberlane Drive start nest-building and courtship behavior in February. The days are still pretty short, so we won't attempt a full-blown bird walk. Instead we'll set up within view of these guys with binoculars and scopes at 4:30 p.m. on Timberlane Dr. off Edmund Dr., below Glenhaven Dr.

Drop by after work on Wednesday, February 7th to catch a glimpse of the breeding behavior of these beautiful birds. Don't forget to bring your camera and binoculars!
